Quem nos conhece sabe pela paixão que temos pela comida japonesa e estamos sempre em busca de novos sabores. Em uma passagem rápida pelo Rio de Janeiro, decidimos ir almoçar no charmoso bairro do Leblon,&amp;nbsp;reduto gastronômico da cidade, junto&amp;nbsp;a um casal de amigos natalenses e que moram há dois anos na cidade maravilhosa.&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Apesar do bairro ter várias opções de casas japonesas decidimos ir no Sushi Leblon, conhecido pela clientela de artistas famosos e por ser o primeiro restaurante japonês do bairro. O restaurante já foi eleito várias vezes como o melhor 'japonês' do Rio de Janeiro, servindo tanto pratos tradicionais como inovadores, além das opções 'quentes'. &lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Enfim, vamos aos pratos. De início, pedimos um combinado de sushis, com peixe branco (namorado), atum, kani kama e salmão. Além disso, escolhemos também uma porção de makimonos e salmão. &lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Após pedidos de pratos mais conhecidos, eu e Mauro nos arriscamos em duas novidades: Ussuzukuri com &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: red;"&gt;pimenta biquinho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; (fatias bem finas de peixe namorado, regado com fios de azeite e temperado com salsinha e a pimenta). Um sabor especial. A pimenta faz toda a diferença. E arroz com shimeji ao molho shoyo e cebolas. Simplesmente perfeito. Apesar de&amp;nbsp;se localizar no epicentro boêmio da Vila Madalena, tem mais vocação de restaurante que de bar. O ambiente é uma graça, com muito verde reaproveitado da lojinha de jardinagem que cedeu espaço ao restaurante. No andar de cima, um lounge e um bar bem charmoso (mais apropriados para uma happy hour).
